This page describes policies and services for the website shopping site. It is our intent that you be thrilled with your purchases – thank you for shopping here, your business is appreciated.
Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm EST, most of the time.

Forms of Payment: We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. Gift certificates for Switch Gear™ Kits may also be purchased online. Be sure to enter data correctly – errors may delay your order.
Gift Wrapping: Free upon request – please let us know if you would like your package wrapped and what message you would like to send.
Tax: Sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all orders shipped to MA.
Shipping and handling within the United States:
5.00 for first item, $2.00 for each additional item.
Shipping and handling outside of the United States:
$10.00 for the first item, $4.00 for each additional item.
Standard Shipping is First Class Service by the US Postal Service unless otherwise requested. You can expect delivery with 5 – 10 business days.
Do you need expedited shipping requirements? If you prefer a shipper other than the USPS wish to arrange for expedited shipping, please e-mail lisa@switchgearkit.com and we will happily make special arrangements, thank you!
Order Status + Delivery Time: Items in-stock are usually shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders may take from one to four weeks to ship. We are not able to guarantee delivery of items by a particular date without special shipping methods. Please e-mail lisa@switchgearkit.com if you require special shipping methods or special delivery dates.
Refunds and returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase – should you not be, your purchase may be returned. Please return items in the original packaging, complete, unused, insured for the full amount with the receipt within 10 days for a refund. Items damaged in transit due to improper packing will not be accepted for refund. Lisa Monahan Metal Works / Switch Gear Kit is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items paid with credit cards will be refunded the full amount less 3% for credit card fees.
Custom Orders: Requests for custom kits and add-ons maybe made viaThe Lisa Monahan Metal Works companion website shows a large portfolio of work that is limited edition or custom work. Minimum order for custom work is $250. Please e-mail lisa@switchgearkit.com for inquires.
Privacy: Lisa Monahan Metal Works / Switch Gear Kit will never share any customer service information or data with any third party. We will only collect information required for our business transactions with you and will only contact you for our business purposes.
